Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and AR Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Ireland ("we", "us"), which runs AgentikSEO. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use AgentikSEO for an agency, you agree on the agency's behalf. Questions: hello@agentikseo.com.

The service

AgentikSEO helps agencies research keywords, plan and prepare blog posts, and track search performance for their clients, working through an AI assistant such as Claude. Features may change as the service develops.

Your account

• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information, and keep it up to date.
• Account owners and admins decide who joins their agency and which clients each person can work on.

Your clients and their accounts

• Only add clients you work for, and only connect a client's Google, GitHub or other accounts with their permission.
• You are responsible for the information you add about clients, and for having the right to share it with us.

Content and publishing

• Drafts are prepared with AI and checked against your client's facts and style, but they can still contain mistakes. Review content before it goes live. Nothing is published without a person or an assistant you control approving it.
• Content you create for your clients belongs to you or your clients. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.
• Search rankings depend on many things outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or leads.

Acceptable use

Do not use AgentikSEO to:

• break the law or anyone else's rights;
• publish misleading, fake or spam content, including fake reviews;
• try to access other agencies' data, or interfere with the service;
• resell or copy the service without our permission.

Other services

AgentikSEO connects to services run by others, such as Google, GitHub, DataForSEO and your AI assistant. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

Fees

Paid plans and prices are shown before you subscribe. If fees apply, you agree to pay them as shown. We will give notice before changing prices for an existing subscription.

Ending your account

You can stop using AgentikSEO and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When a client is removed, its data is deleted after 30 days.

Liability

We provide AgentikSEO with reasonable care and skill, but the service is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, revenue or rankings, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell account holders by email about significant changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
