Privacy policy

AgentikSEO helps marketing agencies run search engine optimisation (SEO) for their clients: keyword research and blog posts, managed from an AI assistant such as Claude. AgentikSEO is run by AR Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Ireland ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal information described here, except where we process client information on an agency's behalf (see below). This policy explains what information we collect, why, who we share it with and your choices. If you have a question, email hello@agentikseo.com.

Who this covers

• Agency users: people who sign up to AgentikSEO and their team members.
• Business owners: clients of an agency who connect their accounts through an invite link.

For information about an agency's clients (for example their website, business details and Search Console data), the agency decides what is added and why, and AgentikSEO processes it on the agency's behalf.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, a securely hashed password, and the agency and team you belong to.
• Client details added by an agency: business name, website, services, areas served, prices, style preferences and facts used in content.
• Public web information about a client: pages on their website and their public Google Business Profile and reviews.
• Google Search Console data, only when someone connects a Google account: search queries, pages, clicks, impressions and positions for the properties they choose, and the email address of the Google account used.
• GitHub access, only when someone installs our GitHub App: the chosen website repository, so we can propose blog posts as pull requests.
• Usage records: a log of changes made through AgentikSEO (which tool, when, by whom) and the cost of research lookups, for security and billing.

How we use it

• To provide the service: research keywords, plan and prepare blog posts, and report on search performance for the agency's clients.
• To keep accounts secure and each agency's data separate from every other agency's.
• To send account emails, such as password resets and team invitations.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

When you connect Google, AgentikSEO requests access to Google Search Console to read search performance for the properties you choose and to submit sitemaps after a post is published. We use this data only to provide AgentikSEO's features to you and your agency. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and people cannot read it except where needed for security, to comply with the law, or with your permission.

AgentikSEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can remove AgentikSEO's access at any time from your Google account's third-party connections page.

Your AI assistant

AgentikSEO works through the AI assistant your agency connects, such as Claude. When a user asks their assistant to work on a client, AgentikSEO sends the relevant client information to that assistant so it can do the work. The assistant's own provider handles that information under its own terms and the user's account settings.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run AgentikSEO:

• Railway: hosting and database.
• DataForSEO: keyword, search result and public business data lookups.
• Resend: sending account emails.
• TypeSafe: classifying keywords and checking drafts (no Google user data is sent).
• Google and GitHub: only for the connections you choose to make.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the security of the service and its users.

How long we keep it

• Account information: while your account is open.
• Client information: until the agency removes the client, then deleted after 30 days.
• Search Console data: a rolling 90 days per client, refreshed weekly.
• Usage and change records: kept for security and billing, then deleted.

Security

Passwords are hashed. Google access tokens are encrypted at rest. Connections use HTTPS. Each agency can only reach its own clients, and team members only reach the clients they are given.

Your choices and rights

You can see and correct your information in the app, disconnect Google or GitHub at any time, and ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live, including the UK and the EU, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information. You can complain to our lead supervisory authority, the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie), or to the authority where you live (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell account holders by email about significant changes.
